Pagbilao LNG Hub
LNG import terminal being built on Pagbilao Grande Island: 130,000 m³ GTT membrane storage tank, deepwater jetty with three 16-inch transfer arms, 3 MTPA design throughput. Civil and marine works substantially complete.
Sengkang Small-Scale LNG
Modular liquefaction plant being built at Sengkang Bay — 0.5 MTPA Phase 1, expandable to 2 MTPA — with planned feed gas from onshore Sulawesi.

Gas-fired power (historical)

Pagbilao LNG Hub
An independent LNG receiving terminal being built on Pagbilao Grande Island, Quezon Province, on the Luzon grid. The facility comprises a 130,000 m³ GTT membrane storage tank, a deepwater jetty with three 16-inch LNG transfer arms and mooring dolphins, with a design throughput of 3 MTPA, expandable. Civil and marine works are substantially complete; the tank is structurally complete. Potentially the country’s first independent LNG gateway.
Sengkang Small-Scale LNG
A modular liquefaction plant being built at Sengkang Bay with a Phase 1 capacity of 0.5 MTPA, expandable to 2 MTPA. Feed gas is planned from onshore Sulawesi. The plant could potentially deliver LNG, by small carrier and ISO container, to island power systems across eastern Indonesia that currently rely on diesel.
